The DEVISE4KE team is very excited to be back in Kenya from 29th October 2025 to run Phase 2 of the project in Homa Bay.
Institut Technik und Bildung (ITB) and Warnborough College Ireland (WCI) will work with Rongo University to conduct free training workshops for Kenyan teachers in digital skills and teaching methodologies. The aim is to help Kenyan teachers become confident computer users, learn how to create professional teaching materials, make professional presentations, solve technical problems on their own and improve their overall digital teaching skills.
This work will make use of the already developed Learning and Work Tasks (LWTs) as an additional resource.
After 2 days of intensive training workshops, the actual transnational meeting will take place. Visits will be made to all the participating secondary schools, and we very much look forward to seeing the progress already made since the last trip to Homa Bay.
